Policy

When an order is placed, I go to get the shoe or order it online if the shoe is not in stores in the area. Once I receive the shoe, It will take approximately 1 to 2 days for me to complete it.* Once the shoe is done, I will promptly ship the sneakers off. There are no refunds on custom shoes so please choose carefully when ordering. If any changes must be made to an order such as shoe size, please message me promptly, but no changes can be made after I have already started customizing. If fraud is suspected, your order will be postponed until your payment has been released. Thank You for shopping with me and have a great day!
